Lexi had her 1 year doctor visit today! She is now Weight: 22lbs 5.5oz = 71% Height: 29.75 inchs = 71% Head: 46cm = 76% She got a new fluoride with vitamin D, 3 immunizations- chickenpox, PCV13, and MMR, and a blood draw to test for lead poisoning (since our house is REALLY old {1909}).  The doc also says she can be turned forward facing in the car now, but I'm not sure if I will yet....course

Lexi is growing so fast!! I can't believe my baby is already 2 months old! Todd and I have decided to use cloth diapers....no not those awful kind our parents used on us with the safety pins, but a new really high tech kind! The brand "FuzziBunz" (heres a link to the creators blog or the web-site here) is the best I've found. She is the perfect baby!! She only cries when she is 1) hungry and even then it's just fusses to wake me up and 2) when I'm messing with her umbilical cord. Last night I had a blast being painted and then having pictures taken! My friend Megan does this thing called "silly girls" where she comes up with crazy themes and takes pictures! So we have FINALLY decided when we are going back to Idaho. My mom and brother are actually going to take me to Idaho on August 17th, because my boss said that I should get there sooner than later if I want a job! Todd will be staying in Oregon for 2-3 weeks after I leave so he can keep working and making big bucks! Hopefully we survive being apart for so long, but this really will be the best

I love getting stuff for free, but getting clothes is the best!! Todd has a friend who has lost over 100 pounds and 2 sizes. The best part (besides that he is a lot happier and healthier) is that he has been giving Todd all his old clothes! This last time he gave us 2 boxes of clothes easily worth over $300! Besides new pants, I don't think Todd has had to buy clothes since we've been married!

Mom and Dad got home late last night... I am so glad to have them home! The constant pressure of responsibility was getting over-whelming! I'm not sure my brothers are as excited... Alex sure had a rougher time driving with dad as co-pilot! But all-in-all we all survived our week without parents!

My parents left for the Hawaiian vacation we gave them, on Friday and wont be back until late this Friday night. Which means I am in charge of my three teenage brothers! Before my Sister-in-law left on her mission, she was able to be an extra in the movie Twilight.
